yes you are correct & it is only a proposed change for now.

FUNNY HOW THE LIGHT HAS TO BE FIA/MSA HOMOLOGATED ooooo we can sell afew thousand of those so lets make sure everyone ha sto buy ours PATHETIC.

if its raining that hard that you cannot see the kart infront then the race should hav been stopd anyway.
