I would never recommend a Formula Jedi to anybody, nor Formula Vee. The Vee has absolutely zero relevance to anything that calls itself a single seater in the modern day world (or even the historic world) whilst the Jedi is nothing more than a Superkart with suspension based on a design from the sixties with safety standards to match.
Whilst you can get enjoyment out of racing both - and I won't knock those that do - they're certainly not representative of single seater racing.
Formula Academy may be a good option but for the aspiring racing driver fresh from karting, I fail to see where it fits? If the grids are good then it could well be a viable option. I'm also skeptical of any class that does not allow competitors to prepare their own karts.
