I suppose it depends on where you want to go with the sport,....for kids it is important for them to keep them fit and healthy,...but draggin a kid down the gyg just for the sake of karting is wrong,...if they are unfit,..should they not go anyway,..must win at all cost dads are just so wrong too,...love your sport keep yourself fit and active and if you want to be super fit,good on ya.//wish i was,.but i do ok for 37 and i have fun.
