blue book U16.18
a minimum of 3 LITERS of fuel (2 LITRES for cadets) must be present at the end of race for testing purposes FAILURE will result in a non compliance and exclusion from race.

you can answer most questions posted on this site if you only read and understand the blue book which as licence holders you have signed that you have read and understood them
