you dont need any, just make sure its not coming off at a stupid angle and it is fairly even coming off the manifold. Loosen all your exhaust brakets off and get it coming nicely off the manifold. Keep your springs on whilst doing this. Dont let it get closer than 1cm to your brake disk. But 1cm is fine - that is typically the distance on a Gillard.
