Had to laugh, while the French Farmers & Lorry drivers have a reputation for direct action. The French in general are completely spineless when it comes to protesting because they are too scared of being marked out by the powers that be.

In actual fact the French Federation has done a far better job of driving people out of the sport than those who compete in the UK could imagine even in their worst nightmares.

However it does seem that the MSA have been trying very hard to catch up. 3 topics come to mind, ZIP nose cones (that went quiet didn't it!), chassis protectors and my own personal bug bear, helmets. Of which, I have 4 that are on the CIK/FIA list for International races, but can't be used for a club race in the UK.
