Seal replacement is quite easy, just lever old out and press new in.

You will need the puller for the ignition rotor.

Different view exists - some say it keeps the engine fresh, but one engine builder I was talkiing to said don't replace them, slows the engine down - you have yo try it for yourself and make you own conclusion - nvere made a fat lot of diff when i've done it
