When I run in the wet my engine is poping. The water must go in some electric part, I replaced the wiring loom but still the same. Can some body give me some directions on where to look at?

Yesterday I ran in the wet and just after the engine is not starting anymore. The petrol is definitely going in the engine, I tried several spark plugs. I think because of the issue above, my ignition is dead. Again any ideas suggestions welcome. Thanks!
