I am assuming that you are running that for yourself (noting your profile has you racing WTP and a Blue restrictor is for those over 82 kg).

The carb on a Blue is in need of constant resetting, that is why the two screws are left open to adjustment. One often adjusts them during the race to take account of the situation.

A good place to start is 1.5 turns on both slow running and main jet and to do a bit of practice getting it right. 1.5 turns will probably make you a bit rich, which is better than running too lean and you will also know which way to make your first adjustments.

You can set up the main jet by dab-choking on a straight. A dab choke: with the throttle wide open, put a hand over the air intake enough for teh engine to die. As it dies remove your hand and listen to the engine response. If the engine comes back to revs lower than the revs you started with, then you were too rich. If the reves return almost immediately to the same revs as you started with, you were about right, and if the engine comes back to revs higher than you started with, you were too lean. Turn the screw a little bit (1/8 of a turn, 45 degrees) in the required direction (if too rich, turn clockwise, if too lean anti-clockwise), then get the revs back up to full throttle, Dab choke again.

This time if the results are the same as last time (ie, you were rich and are still rich) turn 45 degrees, but if you have changed (ie you were rich but are now lean) then adjust by 22.5 degrees and next time half again and so on.)
