With the type of questions you are asking, at best you will end up with an illegal engine, at worst a basket case after it explodes. You need specialist equipment to do the crank and pin, you need specialist equipment to hone the barrel to the right clearance, you need specialist equipment to set the head volume. By the time you have got the specialist work done, gone back and forth to their workshop, bought 2 pistons to make sure the size is right to get the clearance, got excluded because the engine is illegal, blown it up because the timing is wrong - it would be cheaper to get it done properly.
