1 ltr of fuel will be on average,0.75 kg, depending on which fuel you are using. I normally add 5 lts of fuel to the tank before the first session, then mark the level of fuel with a marker pen. Once the session is over, fill the tank back up to the marker pen line using a 1 ltr jug, and you will be able to measure how much fuel you used during the session. Don't forget to add the rolling laps, inlaps, redflag laps and scrutineering fuel into your race fuel calculation.
