It is impossible to compare. The dyno softare has a "setup" page where you input various parameters. You could bring me your engine to me and I will show you it has 7hp, then as if by magic I could tap the spark plug, change one of the parameters and you would have a 10hp engine.
JD (force) measures the area under the power curve and quotes those figures, JM, Leon (Sioxante) and most others quote peak power.
You need to stick to one builder and work with them.
