Def an Aprillia 125, The motor that the Max is based on, well loosely anyway. As Chads said just an old 100cc chassis with the bike motor plonked on.Made to look a bit more modern with the addition of some recent plastics with Gillard stickers.
If you are thinking of buying then find out if anyone will let you use it anywhere first, you will almost certainly not be allowed to run at most venues on safety grounds as it is neither a dirct drive nor a gearbox kart as defined by the regulations for karting.
The lack of front brakes will be a major issue.
Your cash would be much better spent on a cheap TKM outfit that would probably be more fun, would retain some value and you could even race it if you chose the outfit carefully.
