god forbid should a child be seriously hurt or worse, the msa and zip in my opinion, are wide open for a negligent case considering the evidence already around , one of the things that i see with the nose cone, is that acting as a scoop, it lifts the rear of kart in front, effectively severing any braking capabilty, and in cases, over turns the kart in front, how can this not be seen as a need to change? if its not necessary, then why is the helmet change for children necessary? is it because of over turning karts increasing in cadet??
