Why don't you all officially protest with your Ł75? (or whatever it is for the meeting you are at...)
The issue has to be heard then, and if you win you get your money back...
Although, protesting another competitors equipment would be difficult if it wasn't already in (and not about to leave) park ferme...
I would suggest preparing the protest form, and just have to insert numbers of those who you believe are non compliant...
