you need to make sure the plug is nice and dry use a new one if nessary. pul the engine over without the plug in and your hand over the air intake this will choke the engine and pull the fuel into the chamber. Keep pulling until you see a fine haze of fuel coming out of the hole for the plug. now put the plug back in and tighten up now try and start. it should start straight away, although you may need just to hold the throttle open a little to help it run. if it does not run you can try squeezing the pulse pipe whilst pulling this sometimes helps. let us know if it goes.
