Having experienced both S1 and Stars for the first time this year, S1 does tick the 'National' boxes better. S1 has been to Rowrah ('the North'), is coming to Larkhall (Scotland - albeit very South!!) and also N. Ireland (Nutts Corner). If they could add Glan - y Gors (a super track - we just wish we were nearer!) with the obvious 'Southern Ones' it would do what it says on the box. In contrast, Stars really does has a N / S divide. Living in Scotland, it has been an eye opener!! 4 circuits within an hour or so of each other (PFI etc). Sheer bl**dy luxury!! A few Stars people I spoke to moaned about the time / costs of coming to Rowrah (brilliant circuit - best catering of all the circuits we've been to... some notable ones down South = nothing when the hamburger van leaves!)...us folk in Scotland / 'the North' have to pay such fuel costs / drive 8 hours plus for nearly every round at Stars. At least Nutts Corner is in GB. No wonder very few folk from Ireland compete in the 'Nationals'!
