Yes the W shaped one, it's very easy to set the paddle height (with the gasket in place), it's not so easy to combine the spring tension and paddle height to get a consistent pop off pressure where you want it - takes a lot of practice.

I used to run the pop off around 12psi on my carb.

You're probably not far away with your settings the problem is that if you have not rebuilt it for a while then the disphram could be old and the rubber will perish (fom contact with petrol) so your actual fuel pressure may not be how Walbro designed it to be.

Don't be scared to pull it apart, push come to shove you can always assemble it using new gaskets/diaphrams but keep the old spring, paddle arm and needle (personally i would change the needle) and your carb settings should be there or there abouts - I always check it though.
