Hi Phil

Thanks for your best wishes.

It looks like I have done a couple of ribs and badly bruised shoulder, thankfully not a broken collar bone as they suspected at the time.

It all hurts a bit more each day which is probably confirmation that this sport is for young lads, not old f*rts like me, eventhough its great fun on the whole.

I must say a big thanks to the medics at Rissi, at the time I thought that they were going a bit OTT, but its better safe than sorry, and apologies for delaying the racing.
