Hi
I have a crg 100cc direct drive reed valve kart, picked it up cheap and have well and truly got the karting bug.

I want to race. Im thinkin gof keeping the kart i have as practice, selling it for a few hundered quid, then buying a rotax max.

My questions are;

- Whats the maintenance costs and easability like compared to direct drive 100cc?

- Is there anything specific to look out for on a rotax kart? (Budget will be around £2k)

- What are the engine rebuild costs/durations like?

Thanks in advance
Steve
