It's a bit difficult to have an answer really because to re-gain someone's trust and loyalty doesn't just happen overnight. Here are some points that I think will help MBKC get back on the right track.

1. Dedicated spaces for competitors with trailers and small vans. I would say 100 spaces all the same size that are reserved for anyone with say a car and trailer or a small van up to the size of a transit. When a competitor sends there entry in they should be able to book a reserved space free of charge on the understanding that they have a vehicle that doesn't exceed the space limit. The competitor will be issued with a number which is the number of the space they have reserved. Any remaining spaces that are not booked in advance are allowed to be used by anybody.

2. A new facility called 'If you race I'll race', On the MBKC website they should set up a facility where you submit your entry on the condition that there is going to be 10 or more karters in your class to race against. The list should be updated automatically so everyone can see who would race if there are sufficient numbers. The entry would be conditional that there would be at least 10 karters racing in their class. If the number doesn't reach 10 then the karter is allowed an automated refund and doesn't have to race. If the number reaches 10 or exceeds 10 then the karter is not entitled to any refund.

I've got to get to work now but I'm sure there will be others who can add to this list.
