IT STATES
• Comprise on its front face a centrally located vertical surface minimum250mm x 70mm, or be an approved design

the zip nosecone does not conform to these regs due to not having a 250 x 70 vertical surface.

it has been an "approved design", but if the regs state the above, i cant see how they can approve the design when it is so far removed from what the say is acceptable for all other designs.

its the same as saying you have to run a sealed engine but with our approval you can run without?

at the end of the day kids are being injured due to this "bending of the rules" and eventually someones child will (i hope not ) get seriously injured and im not talking about a broken arm or leg.
if this was the states i have nodout that someone would have sued for liable damages against this ruling.
