In case you guys are watching this thread, some feedback. The issue seems to have improved now. Driver better most of issue, also improved air screw setting may have helped.

The top of the air box is always covered in oil from fuel blow back, so still could be an issue with reeds. But now not really certain.

As I need to get the engine rebuilt at the end of July, will get new reeds put in then and see what the rebuilder says to the state of the old ones.
