Comer W60 Newbie - Pull Starter Help Needed

The pull starter cord has come off my sons engine.

I would be very grateful if someone could explain the steps needed to reattach it.

I have taken the cover off and so can see the starter pulley with the notch in it.

Also, are there any books on the marktet to help with such tasks?

Any help appreciated.
