thank you to all staff, paramedic and fellow competitors at redlodge for their help and concern after my accident on saturday ...i'm told it was fairly spectacular ...it was certainly a "this is going to hurt" moment for me!

it certainly speaks volumes for the kit we wear as my helmet, suit and gloves are wrecked but other than a scratched knuckle there is not a mark on me. internally however i have a broken collar bone and a suspected fractured scapular so surgery may be needed.

the responce from all staff and competitors was superb and confirms what a fantastic sport we compete in. particular thanks to jason, jack and all who got sam away in his cadet final. very proud of him driving to a 5th place after witnessing my kart flipping not 15 mins previously.
