Dan - do you mean the monolithic rotor has developed a crack in one of the three lazer cuts?
Surely that is a warranty replacement?
I read somewhere that the only likely risk of problems is by running the motor without the clutch cover on as the rotor will spread permanently (exceed the elastic limit of the metal)and bind.
If this part has failed in normal use, thats got the potential to be a massive issue if it starts to be a common failure and JAG / BRP will not replace it for free.
