The s60 comes with a square exhaust, sounds like you already have the proper one. The round one is from a w60 and can be bought from most retailers. It doesnt have much power (5-6 hp) so I doubt it will need a throtle stop.
The rear sprocket will depend on track but if its on an adult kart pulling an average bloke you will need a fairly large one. Try something like a 93 and see if it revs upto 12000 rpm.
