Thanks for the reply Paul.
I did try to talk to you trackside but ‘Coleslaw’ Racing grabbed you first and when I finally got to you, you were very irate and said you was fed up with it and its 3,000rpm, 'but why is it an issue then' I asked and you proceeded to ignore me. I sent an email to NH but no reply - I tried to find your phone number on the S1 site but failed. So I made a post here which you called sad. But it got you to answer in a way that everyone now understands your position, nothing sad in that.
It’s clear an advantage is gained by modifying the clutch to stop it fully engaging at a lower rev band. But you cannot detect the modification as per the finche as there are limited measurements to set it against, though you can detect it but it will not hold legally.
A farce as big as Fred Goodwin's pension. So those that want to do this proper way have a choice, look to take advantage of the loop hole or be uncompetitive and spend good money watching your efforts get taken over by a slipping clutch.
So let the competition begin '- 2009- Who's clutch is the best' Coleslaw Racing is winning. Com on boys!! And those that are not cheating and don’t say anything are signing up to it. Enough people shout and they will do something about it

My suggestion issue controlled clutches like tyres until the regulations catch up. I would pay extra for that and so all those that want to do this the fair way would.
