First things first, the Maxxis tyres are not legal for Rotax. They may have tread, but they are not the legal tyre.

With tyre pressures, the best advice I can give you for the wet is for damp/drying conditions, use 15-20psi. For moderate wet, use 20-25psi. For "monsoon" wet, use 25-30psi.
