so what make a licence valid or not? if you mean the renewed licence for that year, than if you raced at the club before eariler that year than they would know you had a valid licence!
if you mean you had a suspension, than surely its down to the msa to know that fact having issued the susspension which should in turn be down to the msa official to be able to access that fact!

if not than whats stopping someone from applying for a replacement licence should they get a suspension in the future and using the copy to present at a meeting to race?
sounds like the system is to open to abuse if thats the case!
