Not that simple! You have told us that you are bogging out of the corners and using 12.5 5.2gr floats 168 needle and I presume from your question a K27 needle. What you have been told is basically correct however the correct jet/needle etc will depend on many things: Ambient air temp, Humidity, altitude, float levels, needle position, the layout of the circuit (tight & twisty or fast sweeping) plus the obvious jet/needle choice.
Your Rotax will run and be fairly happy with what you have with an improvement at the bottom end by simply changing from a K27 to the K98 however there well ma be a degree of trade off in mid to top end power.
The only sure ways of getting the motor 'on song' are either vast experience and feel or by the use of a computer based software package and accurate weather station data.
