You have bent the ‘facts’ somewhat to suit your own purposes, also your ‘facts’ do not tally with the first hand account of the man that restrained you, who was the only independent witness to the whole attack. Not that it matters, since your own words clearly describe premeditated intent to cause harm, premeditated disregard of authority and premeditated ambush, when you state:

You made certain to cause more harm to Martin Gange than he had to you, so hardly “An eye for an eye in my book” in fact an escalation of violence. This retaliatory escalation cycle is how wars start and is precisely why, in civilised society, people can’t take the law into their own hands. If you felt aggrieved by the CoC’s decision, you had the opportunity to take the matter to the higher authority of the MSA, have your penalty overturned and have Martin Gange properly punished.

Unlike you, I do not gauge masculinity by the ability to administer violence. Indeed I have been assaulted twice and on both occasions immediately defended myself, yet received no ban or charges because I acted in self defence. Even then I deeply regretted that it came to that, sadly you still lack the intellect to comprehend that you received the longest ban ever imposed by the MSA because you demonstrated abhorrent premeditated malice.

Newshound and Chris Kasch whilst I respect you and your contributions to this forum, I struggle with the notion of past dealings or driving talent being any form of mitigation against breaking sporting regulations or the rule of law. By that logic Adam Christodoulou, no doubt a very talented driver, can be excused of cheating and perhaps Mike Tyson can be excused of rape and mutilation because he was a talented boxer and that is “how us red blooded males work”.
