A lot of people meaning those who don't have the benefits of control fuel.
For a long time we have been competing against cheats, in fact I've welcomed it because my kids have had to raise their level to compete. Of all the clean competitors my son is the only one who can hang with those suspected of cheating, brilliant for his driving but bad for the racing because more and more are taking the view 'if you can't beat them join them'.
It really is that rife. Of course I can't prove these sort of allegations and you'll probably thinking maybe the're just better drivers. Locally I proved the point, as on two occassions pressure has been bought to swap karts(ironically because several people were complaining our pace was suspicious) for a session and we've gone a second faster while others have gone a second slower.
This is the basis of my questioning, not as probably suspected, because I want to cheat but because I want to know what were up against and start putting pressure for some sort of control fuel at least for national races.
