Look into loosing the sticker kit.

Try aluminium seat stays

Cut down any access bolt threads ect

Even look into weighing your suit. Usually less faction able ones with no embroidery. (I.e. Cheap ones) will amaze you when you weigh them compared to the flashy team suits.

You could also get a hacksaw out and cut off excess lugs, chassis tubing like the never used 3rd bearing carrier ect if you want to go for it big time
