Hi all.
Have a senior max engine 1 on barrel and have serious running problems I can't get my head round.
Starts on the button every time,touch throttle and it's like the choke is on will Rev but very very rich wet smokey,carb is new and tested on another engine and is perfect,but we never used my carbs needle and slide??.i also drained gearbox oil just to see if it was an engine seal sucking in oil and appeared no difference,removed reed block no broken petals all looks ok?manually lifted power valve by hand still same,new plug denso iw27'battery charged showing 12.89 volts turns over fine,bridged engine switch swoped exhausts,fresh fuel 50:1 silkolene pro2 all new fuel lines pulse pipe etc,have not tried coil or another battery as I haven't got any spares.oh and cleaned crank sensor all wires going to coil mounting etc scratching my head big time now any suggestions please.
