Yesterday I was out testing and we kept having an issue where the power valve blade kept completely unwinding itself from the housing and therefore the power valve would stop working.

The only thing I can imagine is that the thread is knackered? Because nothing can physically spin round and come loose whilst it's all sitting securely in the housing.

Anyone else had this problem before?
