Sorry Skintfather
I am replying to two similar set of problems at the same time and I have mixed my replies (See: 'TKM won't start', beelow). He doesn't have a starter motor.
The same questions still apply:-
does it 'smoke'? what colour is the plug?
Are you telling us about :-
a) a clutch slip? b) or is the engine refusing to pull from low revs/starting?
It's possible you have oil seals that are leaking air.... but that wouldn't explain it working on a dyno. Run it through your memory:-
what was different about the motor and fuel feed system on the dyno than on the kart? Is the fuel tank on the dyno mounted above the engine thus it's getting gravity feed? Is the only change the amount of 'load' the engine is handling? What sort of Dyno was it (FlyWheel/Oil Pump)? They have different load characteristics. Are you changing any of the wiring between the two set-ups?
It's up to you whether you want to answer any of the above. I know I can't help without more info... I don't know about anyone else. I thought I was trying to help you with a problems that isn't mine......
