Lets flip this on its head.

The motors produced were not faster than what Talko can "potentially" produce themselves. nor are they outside what they are allowed to produce.

So if Talko can produce it why can't Scothern?

Talko's claim that they never produced an engine like that doesn't wash. Why should you believe the manufacture (with more vested interest) or Dads and teams who want to do better over the engine tuner who has to actually carry out the work???

I think Talko and the competitors have more to gain than Scothern did.

The fact his open on his business card shows he cares little about MSA TKM (and why should he??? theres no law to say you can't do anything to a TKM engine. i know people with modified Rotax's that just use them for fun! Why not advertise your skill!!!)

Obviously the man enjoys the engineering aspect of things. sadly we don't have any classes for these skilled people. With this obsession of Equality which has lead to non-Equality.

Ł160 is a bargin. much cheaper than hiring a motor or buying others so i think we should embrace this style of kart tuning :-) It will certainly even things out.
