Just moved up from Minimax to Junior and would like some advice as to the advantages or disadvantages of setting the throttle back (Not allowing full throttle, only allowing the slide to go to about 80%) I have been trying to get my son to remember not to plant his foot hard down when accelerating and feed in the power but 6 years of doing just that in other classes has led to an "auto response" and I am sure that the carb then sucks in too much air. Any Advice gratefully appreciated.
