I can't believe that anyone would think about moving from IAME to Honda. We ran for 2 years in Honda and without having the budget to spend Ł2K plus on a top engine and race every weekend, we were nowhere. I knew my son was a better driver than his positions stated so we moved to IAME, bought an engine out of the box and straight away we are on the pace. No problems with the engine and no maintenance costs. Of course engines are important but all I have read for 2-years is the massive (and it is massive) disparity between Honda engines. The new regs, ignition timings etc will carry things debate on for a further 2-years and that is something I am happy not to be part of. My only regret is not moving to IAME when they first came out and I suspect that anyone moving to Honda will regret it soon.
