Afraid not - The plug is set for 50ml as per the original plastic gears hence the red sticker that you fit to the cover when metal gears are fitted.

Then there's the different thicknesses of the metal gears, the thinner ones needing 100ml and the thicker ones getting away with a tad less (80ml comes to mind but not 100% certain).

Do a search through Nigel's posts (raceinstructor) - he always provides good consise and accurate information on the Rotax.
