SimonS. Just to put the record straight here, I won’t give the lads name out but you can look up who won it in the results. He won the Northern Championship two years running; he was the man to beat. In 2011 he could not go to the finals due to no finance and his dad did apologise to the NKRA and explained why. It wasn’t because he wanted to race elsewhere. The lad didn’t even race at all the last half of the season. I know this because I went to the finals which is why I offered to collect the trophy for him. When I asked I was told no. So you are wrong on that one. That wasn’t the point though, that was just an example of the silly politics we are talking about. The real point is that people are trying to express on here, is that it is a great class, and people would like to see it grow again in the North, so get rid of the nonsence and let everyone enjoy the benefit of racing the class.
