Which carb did the Spanish version have? Did it come with an exhaust, inlet silencer and carb? Also no one in Spain has any money (according to the news) Personally I'm finding the iame a different kind of headache to the comer but it is definitely cheaper as a result of not being sealed. Yesterday I took the head off to unstick the ring and it cost me nowt. The carb is a mystery - why not the dellorto? Or why not allow the steering wheel mounted jet adjusters? If it's really all about cost then hats off to the msa for keeping it cheap and despite the initial cost of the motor being approx £100 more than the comer, the class is growing and it's equal (at the top anyway) It would be nice to have the electric starter because I could get to a decent position to watch the start instead of having to pull the starter and sprint off the grid. Can't see it happening unless we approach the abkc and ask if they can put it to the msa. At the minute the iame compares favourably with the honda class but if the Hondas are made more equal next year, adding cost to the iame will make people's decision as to which class to race even easier.
