Why do we find lap records are going lower than ever this year ? Are the drivers better nowadays ? Why are we running ever smaller teeth than a year ago . Are the drivers smoother this year than last year ? Why do my front tyres look like they have done 300 hundred laps when they have only done 45. (and no my kart is not bent nor is the tracking out). I have been in Tkm for many years but am now being forced away. Testing is almost pointless. Struggling around on 2 meeting old tyres . Changing absolutely everything to find no real gain as your tyres are worn out. So Can i afford Ł135 for a set of new rubber. Well yes occaisionally but no not every meeting. The tyres were different when they came out. We put new on and found a very small amount. Its now 3 to 4 tenths. I hope this issue is sorted because Tkm is a budget class but with tyres like this it isn't any more.
