Just one thing to add is that if you do adjust the seat dont sacrifice comfort for this exact 60/40 balance. You can have both comfort and a good without getting too hung up on being exactly 60/40.

I have found the main problem especially with small cadets is that a lot of people move the seat forward without looking at pedal position and the seat ends up so far forward that the back end will never stick.

Also something else to mention is that if you dont get the perfect 60/40 dry for example dont worry too much as there is other things you can adjust to iron out any handling problems so by all means pay attention to it but as I say don't compromise comfort too much and remember if your a few seconds off the pace a percentage here and there will make no difference to you at this stage.
