Surely there is also the point that you are honestly saying a 16 year old lad (or lass) will not grow at all in the time between now and having to do Seniors....??

I was tiny at 16 - not something I can claim to be now as a 90KG 40+ racer (well I try)....however 16-18 you do tend to add quite a few KGs....so the 22KG will probably be a lot less and his/her strength would have gone up as well....

...don't see the problem... Plenty of 177 masters drivers have tons of lead on....

4 kilo (2 x 2) on floor tray
8 kilo (2 x 4) on each side of seat
2 kilo under the front of the seat
4 kilo on the back of the seat

Loads of room...wonderfully distributed....
