Is Mr Simpson the KG man?
Really interesting, so many variables. Did you have this data to hand or did you prepare this for the sake of the thread?
Third reading in has a strange comparison 150 stamped. 164 measured..... yet the amount of water passed is less than a larger hole measured, was there some frog sporn in the water?
Would you be so kind as to tell us how did you measure the jet holes please?
Before everybody on here goes instantly grey as they process this data, as previously written "dont look so deep into this point"
Just find by quick jet changes as to what your engine performance information tells you, after all that is all that is important at the end of the day.
If you talk to an engine builder to the enth detail you can quite easily cloud your world with info ie. engine wear and deterioration. different fuel, different weather, different carbs, then you have the track..... and the biggest variable of all (in most cases) the vegetable matter in the seat.
Just keep practicing and log your findings and at the end of the day, co-relate the logs. Simples.
