Barry, what you described is similar to what we found, putting a jet of a particular size in and getting unexpected results.

Some of our jets were not far off, but when you think your putting a richer jet in, and it seems to be leaner when testing, in my book says something is wrong with these jets.

The most important thing for people racing any rotax class, is to realise that the Delorto jets can be the wrong size and do something about it.
