Leave the High jet as dyno setting if you can and just work with the Low jet.

Regarding temp each engine can be different. If there is no drop off in performance with a particular engine up to 215 then happy days. Otherwise aim for any where between 190 - 210 depending on weather. Keeping a note of top and bottom rpm every session is essential.

We monitor the rate of temp increase to help decide if we need to go richer or leaner. Say after 4 laps temp is going up 2-3 degrees eery lap then ok. But if 5-7 degrees we would richen.
