The difference is the venturi size. WB32 being 24mm, wb19 being a bit under 20mm I think.

The venturi size isn't the size of the bore through the carb (actually called the choke), but the slightly narrower part in the choke just upstream of where the main jet exits.

The same rebuild kit fits, but the correct rebuild kit for a WB32 is a bit different. The only difference i've noticed is the black diaphragm doesn't have the little 'hook' that hooks into the lever arm like a WB19 one has. As for what difference this makes - not a clue!

They were used on JICA and other piston port engines. As for jetting on a TKM - not sure.
